Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By making a booking with a coach to receive a coaching session (the “Services”) you agree to the terms of use set out herein (the “Agreement”). By making a booking through the Calendly facility, note that you also agree to the terms of Calendly’s Cookie and Privacy Policy, for which CAC has no responsibility. If you do not accept and agree to the terms of this Agreement, or do not agree to the terms of the Calendly booking function, please do not use the Services. We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Services from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a frontline worker operating in Ireland, to avail of the Services (a “client”).

General Use of The Platform

The platform has been established, and is being managed, on a voluntary basis. The professional relationship exists exclusively between the client and the coach. The coaches are not employed, or contracted, by CAC. They are independent professionals agreeing to provide their services to frontline staff on a voluntary basis. While certain steps have been taken by CAC to establish the bona fides of the participating coaches, CAC makes no representations or warranties about the qualification or professional standard of the participating coaches.

Basis of Services

The Services are provided by the coaches profiled on this website. The coaches are not employed by, or contracted by, CAC. They are fully independent professionals who have agreed to provide their services to frontline staff on a voluntary basis. Accordingly, CAC is not responsible for the availability (or lack of availability) of such coaches, nor any Services provided by them. CAC makes available a platform on which you can see information on available coaches and, through a third-party booking platform Calendly, may easily access the Services offered by these coaches. If you choose to engage a coach, the professional relationship exists exclusively between you and the coach you select.

Clients may access four coaching sessions of 45-minute duration, with the coach of their choice, at no cost to the client. Any coaching which continues beyond such sessions is conducted outside of the offering stated on the CAC website and it is for a client and the coach to agree the basis of any such further coaching. CAC is not responsible or liable for any coach’s terms or conditions in this regard, nor any payment you may be required to make.

In making a booking on the CAC website, through Calendly, you agree not to:

(a) use the Services otherwise than in accordance with this Agreement.

(b) modify, reproduce or otherwise make use of, in any way, any images, logo or other intellectual property of CAC.

(c) use the Services in any way that could interfere with, disrupt or negatively affect the delivery of the Services or seek to access other users’ information.

Please be aware that as the CAC website and the coaches are operating on a voluntary basis, the operation of the website, the identity or availability of coaches or Services, may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time.

CAC makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability or professional qualifications of the coaches. CAC accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the qualification of the coaches, the delivery of the Services or the suitability of your choice of coach and further, is not responsible for the conduct of any coach, any advice given to you during the course of the Services or for any future paid engagement of a coach. You confirm that you understand that CAC does not conduct criminal background checks on the coaches appearing on the website, makes no enquiry into the personal background of the coaches and makes limited enquiry into the professional background of the coaches.
